Register any Monday or Wednesday, 8:00am-9:30am and get fit 7 days a week! (The Registration Desk will be closed on Montgomery County Public School holidays and snow days.)
Join Suburban Hospital and White Flint as you walk your way to good health. Enjoy FREE indoor walking and start feeling the rewards of dedicated fitness! Members can log their miles, receive milestone incentives, free blood pressure screenings, and are invited to attend health seminars and breakfast town meetings several times per year.
