Mall Walkers Program

In partnership with Suburban Hospital, White Flint provides a free Mallwalkers program. To register for this program, simply stop by any Monday or Wednesday from 8:00am – 9:30am in Centre Court directly across from the Expressions Hallmark store. Please do not begin your walking routine prior to 7:00am.
- Three laps on the first level is equal to 1-mile.
- Brisk walking on a routine basis can help maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
- White Flint and Suburban Hospital hosts bi-annual walker breakfasts.
