Mall Walkers Program

In partnership with the Washington Hospital Center, White Flint provides a free Mallwalkers program. Registration is free, simply stop by any Monday or Wednesday from 7:30am – 9:00am in Centre Court directly across from the Expressions Hallmark store. Please do not begin your walking routine prior to 7:00am.

• Three laps on the first level equals 1-mile.
• Brisk walking on a routine basis can help maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
• White Flint and Washington Hospital Center hosts bi-annual walker breakfasts.
