Use your knowledge and experience to run your cosmetics business by: -Working with the Cosmetics Area Sales Manager and Counter Manager to achieve sales plan. -Developing, planning and executing in-store skin care/makeover events and product launches. -Communicating and monitoring sales goals and customer card file development. -Providing exceptional customer service to all customers. -Earning a base salary plus commission on all of your Cosmetic sales. Lord & Taylor is seeking Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time Sales Associates Immediately! Our Sales Associates represent Lord & Taylor and its ideals of service and quality to the customer. Our sales associates must always be ready to assist customers quickly and efficiently with merchandise selection and ensure that the customer's overall Lord & Taylor experience is a positive one. As representatives of Lord & Taylor's fashion image, all Sales Associates are expected to dress in a professional manner. Sales Associates must be able to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment and have strong people skills. Earn Extra cash and enjoy a generous shopping discount during the holiday season. Part-Time positions vary from Day-Part time to Night Part-time. Day part-time associates never work past 6PM M-F, while Night Part-time associates never work before 6PM M-F.
