Terms/Conditions

The White Flint Visa Card is issued by MidAmerica Gift Certificate Company and BB&T Financial, FSB.
Subject to applicable law.
Issuance Fee:  FREE until further notice.
Monthly Maintenance Fee:  $2.50 per month beginning the 7th month after issuance of the Card.
Telephone Balance Inquiry Fee:  $0.25 for each call to 866.845.6289.
Check Issuance Fee:  $15 to receive a check for the Available Balance.
